Refund Policy

Refunds are provided at anytime prior to order fulfillment. Please submit a request by email and we will initiate the refund within 48 hours. Please note refunds will not include payment processing fees (approximately 3% of order value).

Return Policy

We will accept the return of any unused product within 30 days of purchase. Please submit an email requesting return shipping information and to begin the return process. We will provide a refund for your purchase once we receive the product and verify its condition. Refunds for returns will not include original payment processing fees (approximately 3% of order value), we will also charge a $10 restocking fee for orders less than $150 value, and a $20 restocking fee for orders greater than $150 value.
